Exhibitor presentations on the Rhine Stage – Day 1
The most transferable thing from F1 might not be the hardware. It might be how you run the room. This presentation will describe F1 programme culture, its radical transparency on status, rapid escalation of problems, no-blame post-mortems (debrief culture) and how that translates to a client-facing engineering programme where relationships and reputation are also on the line. It will emphasise the role of data in programme management - using the same analytics discipline applied to car performance to track programme health. To conclude it will provide a candid reflection on what doesn't transfer cleanly - and what Jack has had to adapt or unlearn moving from motorsport into maritime.
