Dan began his career over 25 years ago, working as a naval architect and marine consultant within Lloyd's Register, starting off building 3D computer 'digital twin' models before the concept was really even commercialized, and subsequently moving into rule and procedure development and then marine consultancy. After a foray into oil and gas, Dan joined Bureau Veritas and then Regent Craft, where he is head of international certification and risk for the WIG vehicle program.
