Ilse Rodewijk is CEO and co-founder of AlbatrosDigital, a maritime deep-tech company developing physics-based digital vessel models. She works at the intersection of naval architecture, data and modern computing to improve how the shipping industry understands vessel performance, efficiency and emissions. Rodewijk previously worked in offshore engineering at Heerema Marine Contractors and later led maritime innovation programs such as SMASH! Smart Shipping NL, bringing together industry, technology and research to accelerate digital transformation in shipping.
