Jeff Downard is an Associate Professor of Philosophy at Northern Arizona University whose research spans environmental ethics and policy, marine conservation, the modeling of complex systems and the application of advanced approaches in computational approaches to fluid dynamics. He is the founder of REV Labs LLC and is the designer of staggered-blade propeller and fan configurations aimed at improving marine and aerial propulsion and efficiency.
