Jeff is an associate professor of philosophy at Northern Arizona University. His research spans environmental ethics and policy, marine conservation, the modeling of complex systems and the application of advanced approaches in computational approaches to fluid dynamics. He is the founder of REV Labs and the designer of staggered-blade propeller and fan configurations aimed at improving marine and aerial propulsion and efficiency.
