Jonathan Williams founded MSE in 2005 and has been CEO ever since. He has led the company’s development to become a catalyst for business-led investment in innovation across the Blue Economy. Previously, Jonathan’s wide engineering experience was founded on fluid dynamics research at Imperial College, London, followed by engineering roles in offshore petroleum and marine renewable energy. His leadership role at MSE includes consortium-building, securing investment and technology commercialisation planning. The portfolio currently includes major collaborative projects in the field of maritime decarbonisation and digitalisation.
