Josefin is sales manager at E-Cap Marine in Hamburg, where she leads strategic sales of zero- and low-emission maritime power solutions, including hydrogen and advanced battery technologies. With more than a decade of experience across the maritime and energy sectors, she has extensive expertise in maritime decarbonization, complex retrofit and new-build projects, and the commercial implementation of clean propulsion technologies. Josefin holds a shipping degree from HBT Business School in Hamburg and has worked closely with shipowners, operators, shipyards and technology providers to advance sustainable shipping and accelerate the transition toward absolute zero-emission maritime operations.
