As Founder and CEO of ELIRE Maritime, Luke is leading the development of modular maritime infrastructure platforms. His work sits at the intersection of infrastructure, energy systems, and operational deployment, moving beyond concept into real-world feasibility programmes, testing environments, and commercial pipelines. Based in Oslo, Luke leads a multidisciplinary team of over 50 senior experts across maritime, ports, energy, and aviation, engineering modular “smart maritime systems” that enable ports and coastal infrastructure to transition.
