Marcos joined the strategy and advanced services team of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore in 2023 as an environmental project manager, where he plays a key role in identifying and developing new expertise and services to reinforce BV’s position as a trusted sustainability partner. He also provides technological and sustainability advisory to maritime stakeholders, helping them address decarbonization challenges and navigate a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape (e.g., EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, IMO regulations, Biodiversity, etc.).
