Tobias began his career with MTU Friedrichshafen in 2007 as a project engineer. By
2012, he had been promoted to Senior Manager, taking over responsibility for the
yacht application team. Since April 2021, he was promoted to Vice President of Application
Engineering for Marine and Offshore solutions.
