Tom Eystø is a seasoned maritime professional with over two decades of experience at Kongsberg Maritime. He has played a pivotal role in the development of autonomous maritime technologies, serving as the Vice President and Head of the Autonomy Program. Eystø’s expertise extends to dynamic positioning and other advanced maritime technologies. His career also includes time spent in Asia as a Regional Support Manager and service in the Norwegian Navy. Eystø holds a Bachelor’s degree in Robotics and currently leads Massterly as its CEO, steering the company towards innovative solutions in autonomous shipping.
