Q How can I access Advanced Maritime Technology Expo? 

A You can 'Register Your Interest' on any of the buttons throughout this website and will be invited to complete your details once registration opens later this year. This will provide you with an expo pass giving you free access to the show floor throughout the three days.

Q Who is the event for?  

A The event is aimed at ship yards, boat builders, large and small commercial operators, ferry operators, naval/military coastguard, naval architects, system integrators, ports/port authorities, retailers of small, medium and large recreational vessels, terminal operators and sustainability consultants.

Q How can I stay up to date about the event?  

A The best way stay up to date about the event is by downloading our official expo App, which will be launched closer to the show. Once registered, we will send regular emails with news of show developments, technologies and exhibitors plus conference information with details of how to secure a delegate pass.

Q Is this a trade event only?  

A Yes, this event is aimed at industry professionals working in advanced maritime technology developments within their respective vessels, fleets, shipyards, marinas, ports, and those involved in meeting regulatory requirements and sourcing financial funding of any projects. Manufacturers and suppliers to the industry are encouraged to exhibit and any visitor registration from these categories may be subject to vetting by the organisers.

Q Can I bring a child to the event?  

A Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend Advanced Maritime Technology. This policy ensures a professional and safe environment for all attendees. We recommend making alternative arrangements for young children during the event.

Q Is there free parking at the event?  

A No. Exhibitors can purchase parking tickets via the web shop and visitors can purchase via the Amsterdam RAI website: When would you like to park? » RAI Parking or when they arrive.

VISITOR INFORMATION  

Q How do I register for a free expo pass?  

A You can register your interest here or on any of the highlighted buttons placed throughout this website and included in your email news updates. Once registration goes live, you will be invited to complete your details, giving you free access to the halls over the three days.

Q Do I need any industry or professional body accreditation to attend this event?  

A It is a trade show for all professionals working in advanced maritime technology developments within their respective vessels, fleets, shipyards, marinas, ports, and those involved in meeting regulatory requirements and sourcing financial funding of any projects. Manufacturers and suppliers to the industry are encouraged to exhibit and any visitor registration from these categories may be subject to vetting by the organisers.

Q Do I need to register for the conference separately?  

A Yes. Whilst the expo is free to enter, the conference is a paid-for event and delegate passes can be purchased via the relevant 'Delegate Registration' buttons, once they go live on this website.

Q Who typically exhibits at this event?  

A Exhibitors include SEAM, HD Hyundai, ABB, TEMSA, Royal Van Der Leun, Volvo Penta, Corvus Energy and many others.

Q Will I have enough time to visit the expo in one day?  

A With so much to see, whether it is our extensive 3-day free to attend expo content programme, exhibitor meetings, networking events, it may not be possible to cover everything that you may be interested in one day.  Please use the official event App to help you plan your appointments and ensure you do not miss out on the networking events. The App typically goes live, and is available free of charge via your preferred App Store, approximately six weeks before the show takes place.

Q Is there a networking reception during the event?  

A Yes, the official Advanced Maritime Technology Awards starting at 17.00 on Tuesday, 16 - provides excellent networking opportunities.  More details will be added to the website and the official event App closer to the date.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION 

Q How do I register for access passes for my team?  

A Registering your team is just a few steps away. Simply log into your Exhibitor Manual and you will find a link for registration.

Q Can I gain early access to the halls on breakdown?  

A No exhibits may be removed before the exhibition closes at 15:00 hrs on Thursday, June 18, 2026 nor will any contractors be allowed into the halls until this time - please ensure that you have briefed your contractors accordingly.

Q What is the breakdown process and timings?  

A Thursday, June 18, 2026: 15:30 - 22:00
Friday, June 19, 2026: 08:00 - 16:00

When the exhibition closes at 15:00 hrs, the carpet will be taken up as quickly as possible. Exhibitors are requested not to put anything in the aisles which might impede this activity. Empty cases and packing material stored with the official on-site handling agent will not be delivered until the carpet has been removed.

When the carpet has been removed, the estimated time for the return of empty cases will be between 2-3 hours. Exhibitors that require forklift assistance for repacking and/or loading, should note that this will only be available once all the empties have been returned. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

Q Can I leave my vehicle onsite during build and breakdown?

Q Can I apply for a parking permit?  

A You can order a parking permit via the online Exhibitor Manual (exhibitors) or Amsterdam RAI webshop (visitors)

Q Can I collect visitor data throughout the show?  

A Yes. You can collect leads by scanning badges of sales prospects using the Visit Connect App on your smartphone or tablet. Once the order system is live, you will find a link to the order form on this page.

CONFERENCE DELEGATE INFORMATION

Q What is the difference between the Expo and the Conference?  

A The expo is a free-to-attend event featuring over 200 exhibitors presenting innovative technologies, industry solutions and services. The conference is a paid-for event with insightful industry content in the form of presentations, panel discussions and additional break out sessions. They are co-located and take place over the same dateline. You will find more information under the 'Conference' tab at the top of this website. 

Q How do I purchase a delegate pass?  

A Once conference registration goes live, simply complete the 'Delegate Registration' form via the buttons on this website.

Q Is there a discount if I purchase multiple passes?  

A Yes, there is a multiple delegate pass rate. Please see the registration form for full details.

Q Can I transfer my delegate pass once registered?

A To transfer your conference pass to a new name, please contact the team at registration@ukimediaevents.com.

Q Where can I find information on the conference tracks?  

A You can review all Speaker details and the Conference Program under the Conference menu, once it goes live.

Q Do I need to book into specific sessions?  

A No, you do not need to book onto each session, you can simply arrive at each as required. Please note that some presentations are extremely busy, so please allow time to arrive and be seated at all sessions you wish to attend.

Q Do I need to attend all sessions?  

A No, you are free to attend as many/few sessions as meets your needs.

Q Will I have time to visit the expo?  

A There is usually sufficient time to visit the expo during your visit. Download the official event App to help maximize the time you have available. The App is usually available to download approximately six weeks prior to the event. Links will be added to the Event App page.

Q How do I become a sponsor?

Q How do I become a media partner?

Q How do I become a speaker?  

A If you are interested in becoming a speaker or panellist at this year's conference, please visit the 'Speaker Opportunities' page under the main Conference menu item or click here to submit a proposal.

Q Do I need to register for a pass?  

A No. Once you have been accepted as a sponsor or media partner, your registration will be made automatically for you and you will receive an email with access pass details.

Q Do I need to provide any materials for the press lounge or VIP areas?  

A As a speaker, you have the opportunity to have materials within the conference theatre. Due to sponsorship, some areas of the show may have exclusive ownership. To sponsor an area of the show, please visit the 'Sponsorship' page.
